WIN a PING G440 Official Rules

1. Eligibility:
   * This competition is open to individuals who are residing in SOUTH AFRICA
   * Employees of Opal Sportswear Pty Ltd and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
   * Any persons directly linked to Opal Sportswear PTY ltd will not be eligible to win the prize. i.e. Accounts, Ambassadors, etc.
2. How to Enter:
   * To enter, participants must follow PING Golf SA and or Opal Sports on Instagram and / or Facebook, like and share the post
   * Only entries submitted through Instagram, Facebook will be accepted.
   * The competition begins on 14 January 2025 and ends on 14 February 2025. Entries received after this period will not be considered.
3. Prizes:
   * Cash equivalent prize for the PING G440 driver is not allowed.
   * Winners are responsible for any taxes or fees associated with the prize.
4. Winner Selection and Notifications:
   * Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries.
   * Winners will be notified via Facebook or Instagram on 21st February 2025 at 12:00
   * If a winner does not respond within [5] working days of being contacted, an alternate winner will be selected.
5. Additional Terms:
   * This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram or Facebook
   * By participating, entrants agree to the use of their name and image for promotional purposes without further compensation.
6. General Conditions:
   * Opal Sportswear Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel or modify the competition at any time.
   * By participating, entrants agree to comply with these official rules and the decisions of Opal Sportswear Pty Ltd, which are final and binding.
